I got daily text updates from our sitter, Brittany, and I could tell she really does love animals. I felt good about the care our dog was getting. Lola, doesn’t do great with boarding, so it was nice to know I wouldn’t be coming home to a stressed-out dog. It was really nice to be able to come home on a Saturday afternoon and not have her held hostage for another two days at the vet or a kennel. I would recommend Pawsitive Steps without reservation – they’re professional and caring; the total package. |

Reserving our dog sitter to come to our condo online is so easy and convenient. We can write our notes online and special request like this one which I wrote tonight before our trip out of town this weekend. “Please send picture text to parents and give him a peanut butter bone!” Our dog is old and does not want to run around outside, instead the Pawsitive Steps team hangs out with him inside, rubs his belly and plays with him for a while. I moved to Nashville about 9 months ago with my rescue pit bull and didn’t know what to do, given how much time I’d be spending away from home at work. Harley does not like to be boarded, so when I found pawsitive steps I was very happy. Elizabeth stayed overnight at my house with Harley…she also came by several times a day to check on Harley, play with her, and let her out to go to the restroom. When I arrived home on Sunday night, Harley was very happy! She seemed like she had a great time and was not stressed I had left her! I also was glad to see the “dog walking report card” that Elizabeth had filled out each day to fill me in on what Harley had been up to on a daily basis. I am so glad I found your service, I will definitely recommend them to friends and relatives. |

We couldn’t be happier! We were thrilled to have Pawsitive Steps coordinate and handle our girls during our big day. Jennifer did a great job as she taxied our big girls (Lab shepard mix, and a German Shorthaired Pointer) to and from the ceremony site, handled our (somewhat excited) girls for the ceremony, and she made sure that they were well taken care of. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing, and we were able to enjoy having them be a part of our day without feeling the stressors that sometimes go with dog handling. |

| Anna | 12/14/2010 | I am so glad I found out about Pawsitive Steps. I adopted a puppy from Love at First Sight, and Halie came highly recommended from their staff and veterinarians. It was absolutely the right choice. Halie is extremely professional and an expert in organization and communication. Halie visited me at home for a consultation and took a lot of time to make sure all the personal needs were met of my young puppy. She then visited my house with her neighborhood walker in the first week so they could then be trained in my particular specifics. As my puppy grew older, they still visited my home for the 30-minute “walk” but changed the activity based on my needs for the day (feeding, playing, walking, etc). They always left a positive and informative note about what they’d done during their visit that day. I will also say that Halie never missed an appointment and always came within the requested appointment time frame. Even on rainy, cold, or snowy days, they were able to make it. Halie is extremely responsive to different owner’s needs and will quickly email, call, or text back to answer any questions I had or inform me of any updates regarding service or charges. The online system also made it easy for me to review, edit, and change any appointments, as well as pay electronically each month. Overall, I am so glad Halie and her team were able to be part of my puppy’s first year. I am certain they are just as in love with my little dog as I am, and provided consistent care as if they were taking care of their own animal, or even family member. Thank you Halie! |
